
Ordering & Delivery FAQs
• Changing an order: If you’d like to combine orders, simply place a new order and add a note. For cancellations or edits, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Preferred time slots: You can request a 2-hour delivery window (9 AM–5 PM). While we’ll do our best to accommodate, please note this cannot be guaranteed.
• Missed delivery: If you’re not home, the order will return to our store. You may schedule a re-delivery (a re-delivery fee $20 may apply) or pick it up at our store.
• Leaving food safely: You may leave a cooler or insulated bag with instructions for safe delivery if no one is home.
• Apartments/buildings: Please provide buzz codes or delivery to a concierge or workplace to ensure smooth delivery.
• Pickup option: You’re always welcome to pick up your order, and you’ll still earn reward points.
